Advanced noise reduction solutions: improve acoustic comfort inside and outside the facility for a safer and more efficient working environment.
SGF has over 30 years’ experience of providing acoustic treatments for both indoor working environments and outdoor areas: the overall aim is to reduce noise to the lowest possible level to reduce worker’s exposure to noise and to reduce outdoor environmental noise so that it complies with current regulations.
Acoustic treatments of working outdoor areas include:
- Acoustic or soundproof cabins
- Noise reduction systems and industrial silencers, suspended sound-absorbing elements known as acoustic baffles
- Global and partial soundproofing systems (operator cabins, partial interventions on machines)
- Acoustic remediation, taking into account that regulations favor interventions at the source
SGF collaborates with companies, consultants and technicians working in the field of sound and acoustics to prepare and draught the Corporate Noise Exposure Reduction Plan, which is legally required under L. 81/08; the aim is to verify and avoid exceeding the upper noise limit, by carrying out noise on-site measurements, analysing the current situation and indicating the soundproofing measures available, while also providing quantitative analysis of the noise levels that may be achieved and quantifying the cost.
SGF collabora con aziende, consulenti e tecnici del suono e dell’acustica per la redazione e la stesura del Piano Aziendale di Riduzione dell’Esposizione, obbligatorio ai sensi della legge 81/08; l’obiettivo è verificare ed evitare il superamento del limite di azione superiore del rumore, effettuando rilievi acustici direttamente in loco, analizzando la situazione esistente e indicando gli interventi di insonorizzazione realizzabili, fornendo analisi quantitative sui risultati acustici ottenibili con il progetto di intervento e quantificandone i costi.
