Cabina insonorizzata pressa perforatrice 500 Tn
Il livello sonoro della pressa superava i 105dB(A) Leq, con l’aggravante del rumore indotto dal foglio di lamiera in entrata sotto lo stampo.
Al fine di ottemperare alla norma UNI/EN ISO 11688-1 che prevede di insonorizzare le sorgenti sonore collaterali ,le quali potrebbero
inficiare il valore del livello sonoro residuo della sola sorgente principale che è la pressa; abbiamo costruito un tunnel fonoisolante -fonoassorbente
con triplo portone a L con 3 ante scorrevoli; accessibile anche dal tetto a mezzo del carro ponte.
A cabina completamente chiusa abbiamo ottenuto un livello sonoro residuo di 80dB(A) Leq

Attenuazione silenziatore reattivo
La SGF, specializzata in sistemi di insonorizzazione acustica industriale, ha condotto attività di ricerca e sviluppo per mettere a punto silenziatori industriali con caratteristiche di attenuazione acustica anche a bassa frequenza: si tratta di un silenziatore reattivo.
Tramite l’utilizzo di setti con caratteristiche risonanti a bassa frequenza ha ottenuto il seguente risultato nella gamma di frequenze tra 50 e 250 Hz.
Il miglioramento prodotto dal silenziatore reattivo è evidente rispetto ai silenziatori dissipativi tradizionali.
