SOUNDPROOFING: OUR APPROACH
SGF Srl operates in the field of industrial soundproofing, designing, manufacturing, and maintaining acoustic systems
such as acoustic enclosures, industrial silencers, measurement rooms,
and anechoic and semi-anechoic chambers.
We manage the entire design and production process internally, offering specialized
consultancy in the field of applied acoustics.

Technical office and workshop

Our Technical Department is responsible for designing soundproofing interventions
using applications such as AutoCAD 2D and Inventor 3D. Additionally,
it schedules production with the help of Jet Cam software and the
Concept production management system, programming machine operations (paneling, sheet metal laser cutting, and tube laser cutting), as well as testing the finished product.

Technical department and production workshop

Our workshop, dedicated to production, covers an area of 3,000 sqm.
Inside, it features a sheet metal processing department equipped
with state-of-the-art machinery, a carpentry department, and an insulation department.
Our staff is properly trained and qualified to carry out installations at the end customer’s site.
